1. Are your stamps authentic?
Yes, we only sell 100% genuine USPS Forever Stamps. All products are inspected before shipping to ensure authenticity and quality.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours. Once shipped via USPS, delivery takes an estimated 3–8 business days.
4. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, we will email you a USPS tracking number so you can monitor your package's delivery status.
6. What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us at support@foreverstamps-deal.com. We will help track the order or issue a replacement/refund when appropriate.
7. Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
8. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of our products (postage stamps), all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us — your satisfaction is our priority.
